Clive is coming up to fifty and, trapped in a loveless marriage, he feels that life is passing him by. Intent on having a fling and egged on by a bet with his friend he picks three women from the personal column of the local paper. This production marked something of a renaissance for the society which had resently suffered from casting problems.
